Your actions speaks so loudly that you need not say anything else.

Following the newsletter from last week, I had a few people reach out with questions, important questions that I believe should be addressed as we go on to choose that one thing we are going to focus our genius on this year.
One person asked, "Coach, what if I find that during the course of the year, that one thing I've chosen turns out to be something I don't like, or something I don't want to continue?"
The answer is, you would never know if you don't choose it and stay committed to it for a long period of time. Also, legacy doesn't care about your feelings. If you want to become someone of substance, you have to move past your how you're feeling.
If you want to become someone of substance, you have to move past your how you're feeling
Nobody likes to sacrifice, but they do it anyway because of the fruits that come with it. Great men are the ones who go ahead, choose action, and continue to do so every day irrespective of how they are feeling.
However, I do recognize that there are things we can't help.
When you come to an impasse with something you have chosen to focus on this year, and you are absolutely sure, beyond reasonable doubt that you are going in the wrong direction, that this is not what you want to continue doing, this is not what you want to do with your life and an additional day would be a waste of time, you can change course. You can choose something else and start your year from that point.
For you to get to this point, you must have been absolutely sure that; it is not what you want to do, there is no value in it for you, and an additional step will be a waste of time.
Another question was, "I tried this last year, but it was difficult knowing what to pick, so I just started winging it, doing all I felt was necessary. How do we know what the right thing to choose and focus our genius on?"
First, I need you to understand that you'd never know what is right or not right if you don't start with action. Action begets action, and inaction begets inaction. Many times, we are so paralysed with doing the right thing that we end up not doing anything at all. It's called decision paralysis.
You'd never know what is right or not right if you don't start with action.
Your trying to make the right decision, and not doing anything will further lead to inaction, and then nothing is achieved after a long while.
You can't always make the right decisions, this is the truth. The goal is to make more right decisions than wrong ones based on the information you. Not doing anything just because you are scared of doing the wrong thing is not the way of the great. It is not your way.
The goal is to make more right decisions than wrong ones based on the information you. Go fuck it up, buttercup. You'll figure out where to go from there.
That being said, there are major pointers to know the right thing to choose for yourself. Select from your goals. If you haven't drawn up a goal for the year, or you don't even know what goal to set to begin with, here is a hint: Look Inward.
Meditate upon the last few months of your life, and look toward the near future as well and ask, "What are things that will make me a better, more improved version of myself in the next two to three years?" "What skill can I learn that will make me earn higher than I do right now and I am interested in?" "What is a habit I can cultivate to take me closer to who I want to be physically, mentally, spiritually?" "What am I already doing that I can get better at?"
These questions will most likely lead you towards the right decision and action. It is important that you act. It is important that you choose. Of course, according to that guy in Emily in Paris, “Not Choosing is still Choosing.” It is Choosing inaction, and inaction will leave you paralysed in a world of mediocres.
“Not Choosing is still Choosing.” It is Choosing inaction, and inaction will leave you paralysed in a world of mediocres.
Choose action, choose that one thing and hammer away, every day of the year. And at any point when you realize you have chosen wrong, don't panic. Instead, be happy. You have unraveled an option that will never work. Choose again and start again.
Never for fear of the wrong things pass up the things that will set your life aright.
